Formigo Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using Formigo (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. License grant

Upkeep Industries Pty Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Formigo for your personal or business purposes, subject to these terms.

3. Subscription and free trial

Free trial: New users receive 3 free form exports. After the trial, a subscription is required to continue exporting forms.

Subscription plans:

• Monthly: $12.95 AUD/month
• Annual: $99.95 AUD/year

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings.

4. User content

You retain all ownership rights to the forms, reports, and data you create using Formigo. All data is stored locally on your device. Upkeep Industries Pty Ltd does not have access to your content unless you explicitly share it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use Formigo only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not:

• Use the App to create fraudulent or misleading documents
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service

6. Disclaimer of warranties

Formigo is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for your specific purposes.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Upkeep Industries Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Refund policy

All subscriptions are handled through Apple's App Store. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple through your App Store account. We are unable to process refunds directly.

9. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the App.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Australia.
