Formigo Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

Local data storage: Formigo stores all your forms, photos, and reports locally on your device. This includes:

• Form templates and custom templates
• Inspection data (dates, names, addresses, comments)
• Photos attached to forms
• Export history

Subscription information: We store your subscription status and expiry date locally on your device. Subscription purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store, and we do not collect or store your payment information.

2. How we use your information

All data is stored locally on your device and is used solely to:

• Generate forms and reports
• Save your work for later completion
• Track your subscription status
• Store your preferences and settings

We do not transmit, upload, or sync your data to any servers or cloud services.

3. Data we do NOT collect

Formigo does not collect or transmit:

• Personal information (beyond what you enter into forms)
• Location data
• Device identifiers
• Analytics or usage data
• Crash reports
• Any data to third-party services

4. Data sharing and third parties

We do not share, sell, rent, or transfer your data to any third parties. The only exception is:

Apple App Store: When you purchase a subscription, your payment is processed by Apple. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for information on how they handle subscription data.

5. Data retention

All data remains on your device until you choose to delete it. You can delete:

• Individual forms and exports
• Cached data through the Settings page
• All app data by uninstalling the app

We do not have access to your data and cannot recover it if deleted.

6. Data security

Your data is protected by your device's security features, including:

• iOS device encryption
• iOS app sandbox security
• Device passcode / biometric protection

Since all data is stored locally, your data security is primarily dependent on your device security settings.

7. Children's privacy

Formigo is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided information to us, please contact us.

8. Data portability

You can export your forms as PDF or DOCX files at any time. These exports can be shared, backed up, or transferred as you see fit. All exports are yours to keep.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.

10. Your rights

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over your data. You can:

• Access all your data through the app
• Export your data as PDF or DOCX
• Delete any or all data at any time
• Uninstall the app to remove all data
